These terms cover your use of the Clay Club app and service. By using the Clay Club you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Give us accurate information when you sign up, and let us know if you believe someone else has gained access.
Your scores, photos, notes and posts remain yours. You grant us only the permission we need to store them, show them back to you, and display them to the people you choose to share them with. You are responsible for what you post, and for having the right to post it.
The scanner is a convenience that gives you a head start — you confirm every box before a round is saved. The Clay Club is not a substitute for an official scorecard at a registered competition, and we are not responsible for scores recorded incorrectly.
The Clay Club records scores. It offers no instruction on firearm handling or safety, and nothing in the app should be treated as such. Follow the rules of your range and the law where you shoot.
You may delete your account at any time from inside the app. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. If we do, we will tell you why where we reasonably can.
The Clay Club is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data beyond what you can restore from the app itself. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you, we will say so in the app before it takes effect.
